Refund policy

We are so happy you chose one of our candles and hope you love it. However, if you do not like your purchase, we do not offer refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, (for example, if the glass on the vessel is broken during shipment) we will happily send you a replacement of the damaged item.

Please contact us within one day of receiving your shipment with pictures of damaged item so we can process your replacement.
